Covid-19 Protocols
Our top priority is the health and safety of our patients. In an effort to create a safe and secure environment please note the protocol below.
- Please do not bring anyone into the facility with you. Only the patients being seen by the doctor will be allowed into the waiting room.
- Please be assured that all rooms will be disinfected between each patient visit. Our staff will also help to minimize any patient surface contact.
- All patients are asked to wear a mask at all times throughout the facility. Patients with disabilities or who have concerns over wearing a facial mask are requested to contact PVCSC prior to day of surgery, to discuss any reasonable accommodations which may be agreed upon.
- We will continue to follow all guidelines set forth by the CDC and the State of Arizona. To that point, we may ask that you remain in your car rather than our waiting room in order to maintain safe social distancing practices if the office becomes too full. If that is the case, we will text you when you can safely enter the office for your appointment.
